1.  Q: What is your M.O.Q.?

A: The M.O.Q. is 5000 pcs per design and size.

2.  Q: Can I combine 3 to 4 designs with small M.O.Q. each?

A: Yes, you can. While the M.O.Q. is 1500 pcs each design and size, the total pantone color number
could not beyond 4.

3. Q: Which kind of design file you need for tin pirnting?

A: CDR, PSD or AI file is ok.

4. Q: How many days is your production leadtime?

A: The leadtime is influenced by the quantity, if order quantity is  5,000-50,000 pcs, the leadtime is 25-30 days;

if the order quantity is 50,000-100,000pcs, the leadtime will be 30-35 days.

5. Q: How many days for sample making?

A: 7-10 days.
